Holiday Inn Express Toronto Downtown

For the price I paid I was really impressed. Super easy check in with very kind and helpful staff. Easy parking. Very comfortable bed and we were really impressed with the variety at the breakfast. Hot options as well as coffee and continental items if you want to grab and go. All around great experience and I would stay here again if ever visiting Toronto!!

Nice team members every where in all the departments, fromt desk staff was very helpful Ron and others are very professional and always tried to help and make our stay comfortable. For some reasons our clothes washer didn't work lovely house keeping person Jerome took our clothes got them washed & dried in downstairs laundry! Great service I have always been Holiday Inn 's loyal customers stayed at various locations and none of them had any bad experiences, I would recommend Holiday Inn Express Downtown Toronto to anyone who wants to enjoy & have comfortable stay with family or solo great location great breakfast what else you need from a hotel ! I missed my connecting flight on New Years Eve and the Airline put me here for the night. I will have to thank them. Absolutely wonderful Front Desk Staff, they were so friendly and informative. My room had a great view and was super comfy. May I say they had the best pillows EVER!! The free breakfast had lots of choices and was delicious. Truth, best sleep I have had in a hotel in a long time!!

I wish I stayed here during AISES 2026 instead of the other Holiday Inn. Here, the personnel are friendly, the location is right by a nice park as well as pretty good transit. I had a room with a nice view. Best of all, the breakfast was free, and I wasn't harassed on my way to the elevator. Yes, there's the whole "trying to inspire people back home" aspect of working your way out of poverty and into a tech job. But it's also being able to get a seat at the table and choosing hotels where I'm treated like a human being. I don't even need the "thanks for being a [insert metal here] member" greeting. Just give me some breakfast and leave me be

Rooms are basic but clean and big. There is some road noise being in the city, it didn't bother us, but if you are sensitive to it was noticeable. The bed and pillows are comfortable. I appreciated both the mini fridge and microwave in the room. Usair at the desk was friendly and gave great service location is great, 10 min walk to Eaton centre and all kinds of restaurants. We will definitely be staying here again.

Stayed here for a few nights over the holiday. Nice and clean facility/rooms. Being able to park (paid) in the structure and use the elevator to go straight to your room is super convenient. Best part of about the stay was the warm and welcoming environment that was provided to us. Mangesh at the front went above and beyond to accommodate all of our requests. He gave our child gifts every time we would go to the lobby and went beyond in providing us service when he could have easily said no. Our son wanted to see Marley the robot deliver food to our door but it wasn’t working properly. Instead of just saying sorry it’s not working, he took out time from his normal duties to make it happen! Amazing individual.

Very professional and courteous staff. This hotel is well managed, quiet, clean, breakfast is good, bacon tasty. I loved the pancake machine and Marley the funky room service robot. The skyline view was awesome!!!

Location could not be better for enjoying the city. Walking distance to great shopping, Distillery District and concert venue. Room was lovely and imaculate. Breakfast great. Stay enhanced by the friendly, welcoming staff. Particularly Uzair and Yordi at the front desk. Enjoyed a lovely family day weekend with my daughter. It was perfect.
